Role Overview
Circle is a fully remote company building the world’s leading AI-powered, all-in-one platform for digital businesses. The Lead Engineer, Member Growth will own the technical strategy and architecture for Circle’s analytics stack and the roadmap for Member Growth, leading a team of engineers across Analytics and Member Growth.
What You Will Do
Leading, growing, and coaching a team of engineers, owning the technical strategy and architecture for Circle’s analytics stack, and designing and overseeing A/B tests and experimentation to validate changes that improve activation, retention, and community health.

Requirements
- Prior experience leading or managing engineering teams
- 7+ years of experience shipping production software on complex web applications
- Strong track record in data/analytics infrastructure or growth/lifecycle product engineering
- Comfortable in highly collaborative environments, working closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams
- Ability to operate well in ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces and translate findings into clear priorities for your team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent)
