Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will drive growth, strengthen specialist partnerships, and attract leading medical talent across St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside and St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane.

What You Will Do

The role will involve driving specialty growth strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with specialist doctors, VMOs, practice managers, and referring GPs, and contributing to the development of business cases and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience in healthcare business development, clinical network development, healthcare sales or hospital engagement
• Demonstrated track record of influencing and building relationships with specialists, surgeons, physicians, and referrers
• Strong communication acumen with experience developing business cases and growth strategies
• Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience working autonomously while partnering effectively with executive leaders
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution
• Qualifications in Business, Commerce, Health, or a related discipline
