Join the Customer Analytics team within Marketing and Communications and play a pivotal role in advancing the University’s machine learning and artificial intelligence capability. What You Will Do
Design, develop and maintain production-ready AI solutions that support student engagement, recruitment and service delivery, while helping shape the future of data-driven marketing and student recruitment across the University.

Requirements
- Completion of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline, together with relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining machine learning and AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R and SQL, with experience building reliable, maintainable and scalable codebases.
- Experience working with modern data science and machine learning platforms including Databricks, Apache Spark, Jupyter Notebook and Docker.
- Demonstrated experience developing and optimising data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes and data integration solutions.
- Experience working with cloud-based data and analytics environments, including Microsoft Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build productive working relationships across diverse teams.
