Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. The role involves leading the R&I Business Unit’s evolution from channel-led digital marketing to customer-centric, insight-led and AI-enabled engagement.

What You Will Do

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the BU Customer Engagement 2.0 strategy and roadmap, orchestrate personalised omnichannel engagement across face-to-face and approved digital channels, and build the data, technology and measurement foundation for Customer Engagement 2.0.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in leading Digital marketing campaigns and content management.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and metrics tracking to support decision-making.
  • Confident in communicating in English (spoken & written) environment.
