Role Overview

The Training & Enablement Manager will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive learning and enablement strategy across the practice. The successful candidate will assess current capability levels, identify skills and knowledge gaps, develop a strategic training roadmap, and drive continuous learning across sales, pre-sales, technical, delivery and support teams.

What You Will Do

Develop and own the global training and enablement strategy, conduct capability assessments, skills audits and training needs, create and maintain a multi-year learning roadmap, define role-based learning pathways, and create, source and maintain training content, workshops and enablement programmes.
