Financial Analyst – Semiconductor Business Units

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, analytical Financial Analyst to join our Semiconductor Business Unit Finance organization. Reporting into the Business Unit Controller, this role provides core financial planning, analysis, and accounting support across multiple semiconductor product divisions.

Key responsibilities include financial planning & analysis, business partnership, variance & performance reporting, business intelligence & automation, month-end close, asset tracking & controls, internal controls & compliance, ad hoc & strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with 5+ years of professional finance or accounting experience; OR Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Finance/Accounting) with 3+ years of related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (e.g., complex formulas, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, nested logic, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
• Foundational understanding of US GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial statement interactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize deliverables and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting findings across functional teams and international time zones.
