Analytics Engineer

Role Overview

The Analytics Engineer will support the development of Broadstone Net Lease’s modern, automated data platform by building data pipelines, models, and APIs that power reporting, business analytics, and internal applications across the organization.

What You Will Do

The individual will leverage their interest in understanding how our business works in partnership with internal teams to support and implement durable, scalable data solutions, in addition to related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages
• Cloud platform exposure; Azure strongly preferred
• Ownership mindset with a drive to convert complex, manual problems into durable, automated solutions
• Business curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding how the business works, with a focus on building analytics that solve real problems
• Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness in problem-solving and decision-making
• Excellent organization and planning skills; ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects and follow through in a timely manner
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of technical knowledge
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Solid work ethic and a professional, proactive, and positive approach to work
