Role Overview

Join the Private Equity and Growth team to support investments in businesses with strong fundamentals and clear potential to scale. The role combines investment analysis and transaction execution with active involvement in portfolio development.

Identify investment opportunities, evaluate businesses, develop financial analysis, manage due diligence, prepare investment recommendations, support transaction execution, and contribute to portfolio development.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience investing in the GCC
• An investment banking or consulting background within a GCC institution
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities
• Commercial judgement, including the ability to assess business quality, growth opportunities, and downside risks
• The ability to manage transaction workstreams and present clear, well-supported investment recommendations
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with founders, senior management teams, and external advisers
