Role Overview
The Financial Analyst is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing financial models used to support cash flow forecasting, valuation, fund performance analysis, and corporate financial reporting. This role provides critical analytical support across investment, fund, and corporate-level decision-making within a fast-paced real estate environment focused on single-family rental (SFR) and build-to-rent (BTR) portfolios.
What You Will Do
Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for cash flow projections, fund performance, and corporate financial analysis. Perform return, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to support investment and portfolio decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Real Estate, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling
- Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment
- Familiarity or willingness to learn VBA, R, and SQL
- Understanding of real estate valuation and underwriting techniques
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and real estate regulations where applicable
