Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will support the analytics function for the U.S. Housing platform, with a primary focus on Multi-Family. This role will work closely with business partners, Product, Technology, and Engineering to deliver analyses, reporting, and insights that drive measurable business impact.
What You Will Do
Develop SQL queries and data models to answer business questions, build and maintain reports and dashboards, primarily in Power BI, and help explore and adopt AI-assisted approaches to delivering information to the business.

Requirements
- Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-4 Years of Required Experience in: Strong experience building, maintaining and enhancing dashboards in Power BI including data modeling and DAX. Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing queries; experience with Amazon Redshift or a similar cloud data platform is a plus.
- MS Office products to include Power BI visualizations and excel modeling.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile development methodologies, and collaborative software development practices.
- Knowledge of or experience in the Multi-Family real estate industry; exposure to Single-Family, asset management, or financial services is a plus.
