Role Overview
The Sales Director will be responsible for the overall sales strategies and results of a major geographic/continental area, region, or country. This includes planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies, staffing and training of the sales force, and managing the activities of other sales managers.
What You Will Do
The Sales Director will establish short and long-term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives, manage the sale of the organization’s products or services to specific existing named or strategic accounts, and participate in establishing the superior organization’s strategic plans and objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree
- Significant experience necessary to possess an in-depth understanding of the technologies, functions, business, industry, and the Company
- Demonstrated management capabilities to include strategic level responsibilities including profit center input and management
