Role Overview
BrowserStack is seeking a Senior Lead/Manager to lead the growth engine, collaborating closely with executive leadership to execute high-impact growth strategies. The role demands a rare blend of deep business ownership, pipeline management, and creative technical oversight.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will directly work with Founders to drive Business Revenue in B2B Setting, build Growth experiments to drive business results, and run growth organization strongly rooted in numbers & analytics.

Requirements
- 6-13 years of professional experience, preferably in a business ownership/consulting role
- Exceptional understanding of business metrics and revenue models
- Advanced executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies
- Solid understanding of copywriting, visual design, and website optimization
