Analytics Engineer

Role Overview

The Data and AI area is looking for an Analytics Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines and models that support analytical products, reports, indicators, and operational processes. The role will have a fundamental role in the evolution of the data platform, connecting business needs with technical solutions and contributing to a data-driven decision culture.

What You Will Do

Develop and optimize queries, views, stagings, and analytical models in SQL; build transformations, validations, and automations in Python; orchestrate pipelines using Apache Airflow; model data following good practices of Data Warehouse and Analytics Engineering; ensure data quality, integrity, and traceability through tests, controls, and reconciliations; document models, business rules, and data flows; translate business needs into scalable and reusable data solutions.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Information, Analysis and Development of Systems, or related areas
• Solid experience with SQL and data modeling
• Experience with Python applied to data manipulation and transformation
• Experience with Apache Airflow in production environments
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and data architecture
• Experience with versioning using Git
• Good communication skills and ability to transform business rules into technical solutions
