Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will own the day-to-day marketing activity that keeps the Bubble Down brand looking sharp, locations on-point, and customers engaged. This role is highly execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on content creation and local marketing.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and on-site marketing, managing print and collateral materials, developing and maintaining social media and content calendars, and tracking and reporting on campaign performance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of marketing experience, a strong visual sensibility, and the ability to provide clear creative direction. Experience in multi-location retail, QSR, or consumer service environments is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of marketing experience
  • Strong visual sensibility
  • Experience managing or coordinating with external agencies, vendors, or creative partners
  • Background in multi-location retail, QSR, car wash, fitness, or other consumer service environments
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Professional presence and demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms
