Requirements
- 3+ years of operational experience in growth or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with data-driven acquisition: outbound, data enrichment, CRM, and automation
- Marketing experience with performance channels and campaigns
- Fluent German (at least C1)
- Experience in real estate, PropTech, or marketplaces is a plus
