Role Overview
As Marketing Lead, you will turn marketing into a reliable source of qualified pipeline across the UK, Luxembourg, and Germany. You will report to the Co-Founder and own the marketing plan, budget, and team.
What You Will Do
Your top priorities will be to own marketing’s pipeline contribution, set marketing’s pipeline target, define and run the marketing plan and budget, and grow our presence beyond our current client base.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in total, including 2+ in growth or marketing at a B2B scale-up selling to expert or regulated buyers
- Experience in building a marketing function or content programme from near zero
- Hands-on experience in HubSpot, including building workflows and agents
- Ability to build and run attribution and steer on pipeline in euros, not MQL counts
- Full professional English; German is a plus
- Comfortable spending regular time in the UK, Luxembourg, and Germany
