Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and advance marketing efforts, partnering closely with the Director of Sales and General Manager on strategic initiatives while independently driving marketing priorities.
What You Will Do
Create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns, lead day-to-day marketing activities, track campaign performance, and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience with measurable results
- Strong hands-on digital marketing experience, including SEO, website management, email marketing, and campaign execution
- Proven ability to execute strategy with accuracy, ownership, and follow-through
- Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and performance reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBi a plus
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially within distributor or channel-focused environments
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industries preferred
- Experience marketing technical products with specifications or certifications preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central) and using AI tools to drive marketing efficiency preferred
