Role Overview
As a Finance Operations Reporting & MI Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transforming operational finance data into meaningful business intelligence that supports senior leaders across the organisation.
What You Will Do
You’ll develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, produce impactful monthly reporting packs, and analyse trends in collections, debt, liabilities, cash flow and operational performance.

Requirements
- Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and report automation
- Experience working with finance, operational or performance reporting data
- Working knowledge of PL/SQL or SQL, with the ability to interrogate and investigate data
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting techniques
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior leadership teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a Finance Operations, Finance MI or Finance Change environment
