Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for boosting the performance of acquisition marketing, owning and leading to maximise profitable commercial growth and brand visibility across ROW markets.
What You Will Do
Detail-oriented with outstanding planning and organisational abilities, self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude, and day-to-day ownership of paid media spend, digital channel mix, campaign execution and constant testing.

Requirements
- Experienced marketeer in a corporate or agency environment, using multiple channels, online and offline.
- Proficiency in paid advertising and performance marketing with hands-on exposure of search, display, pay-per-click, social and other online media channels.
- Advanced digital analytical skills including Adobe Analytics and Google Adwords
- Advanced CRM skills of MS Dynamics
- A deep understanding search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Excellent written and communication skills in English with the ability to present at executive leadership level and inspire a team.
- Experience of managing a copy clearance process in a regulated industry; specific experience in healthcare, or insurance will be highly advantageous.
- Experience in managing agencies for media strategy, planning and buying.
- Experience of leading others; creating a positive team culture in a hybrid team.
- Strong collaboration skills working seamlessly with diverse teams globally.
- Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance is advantageous.
