Role Overview

Abito Corp. is a leading garment and cotton knit fabric supplier seeking a meticulous and insightful Customer Data Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will help drive the business forward by transforming raw customer data into actionable insights.

What You Will Do

Collect, clean, and organise customer data from various sources, analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop regular reports and interactive dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Customer Insights Analyst, or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modelling
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable
• A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences
• A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for uncovering insights from data
