What You Will Do

Collect and interpret data from various sources, analyze customer behavior, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, provide actionable insights, and monitor operational data.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a data analyst or in a related field
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present complex information with clarity and precision
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
