FP&A Manager (FTC)

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join the team at Butternut Box on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will own core FP&A processes, be a trusted finance partner to the business, and deliver insight that shapes decisions.

What You Will Do

As FP&A Manager, you will own the rolling forecast process, consolidate management accounts, and own defined workstreams within budgeting and long-range planning.

Requirements

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
• 5+ years post-qualification, 3+ in FP&A, including ownership of forecasting and/or budgeting processes
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and preparing board-level materials
• Highly inquisitive and analytical mind capable of complex problem solving
• Advanced financial modelling skills
• Strong data manipulation and analysis skills
• Ability to produce clear graphical data representations & present data in a clear way for finance and non-finance professionals
