Growth Operations Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and data-oriented Growth Operations Lead to join Bybit’s Earn & Wealth business. This role will act as a core driver of business growth, responsible for scaling user acquisition, engagement, and asset conversion (AUM growth) across key products such as Savings, Staking, Dual Investment, and Launchpool.

Key Responsibilities include Growth Strategy & Execution, User Segmentation & Lifecycle Management, Data Analytics & Optimization, and Cross-functional Collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations within internet, fintech, or crypto industries
• solid understanding of financial products, particularly crypto-based offerings
• strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• systems thinking: ability to translate business challenges into scalable, structured solutions
• strong execution capability with a results-driven mindset in fast-paced environments
• proven experience in user segmentation and lifecycle management
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
