Product Manager, Growth Intelligence

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Growth Intelligence team and lead the development and delivery of high-impact growth projects across SEO, ASO, Learn, Copy, and Translation.

Conduct detailed business analysis, assess business problems, and translate approved business requirements into structured product strategies and execution plans.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a Growth Product, Growth Technology, Growth Platform, or Growth Intelligence team
• Strong experience developing, reviewing, and managing MRDs and PRDs
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into scalable product and technical solutions
• Experience working directly with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Strong business analysis, data interpretation, prioritization, and project management capabilities
• Experience defining product success metrics and measuring post-launch performance
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment
