Senior Data Analyst – Growth/Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven professional with extensive hands-on experience in big data analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

What You Will Do

Establish a comprehensive, accurate, and objective indicator system and monitoring and analysis framework. Conduct in-depth analysis of business issues, provide data support and decision-making basis for company operational decisions, marketing strategies, product directions, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in digital currency, internet, and e-commerce is preferred
• Proficient in data extraction tools such as SQL, proficient in operating tools such as Excel, PPT, Tableau, etc.
• Strong logical thinking ability, outstanding language expression ability, proficient in independently writing business Data Analysis reports
• Good business knowledge and understanding of business mechanisms and models, able to insight into business opportunities from the perspective of business development
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with certain XFN and cross-team project experience, able to independently promote project execution
• Fluent English skills
• Strong adaptability and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
