Data Operations Analyst (AI Data & Safety)

Role Overview

The AI Data and Safety team plays a critical role in advancing Seed’s foundational models, AI products across modalities, and improving AI-native applications built on the Seed model series. We work across the data lifecycle, from defining evaluation approaches, translating user feedback and benchmark outcomes into data requests, to building scalable processes that improve data quality and support rapid model iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record.
• ≥ 1 year experience in complex cross-team and cross-region project management, operations, data analysis, and relevant positions related to product management, and able to efficiently coordinate with product, R&D, operations, and other middle-platform teams to drive project implementation.
• Able to balance individual judgment with collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, and be able to identify problems, summarize conclusions, and support business decisions with strong data evidence.
• Displays a strong interest in the fields of AI, large models, and human-computer interaction, willing to learn and explore, and possesses excellent cross-team collaboration awareness.
• Have strong self-motivation and a sense of responsibility, be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, efficiently advance multiple tasks within a tight cycle, and continuously improve execution efficiency through tool and process optimization.
• Business proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in English and Mandarin-speaking regions.
