Role Overview
The Product Operations Specialist will provide operation support to sales teams, end customer and service teams during end to end customer journeys, facilitating user acquisition and great user experience. The role will also involve developing high quality platform related knowledge, capturing and consolidating functional requirements, and leading alignment with stakeholders.
