Role Overview

Our CRM Engineering area is responsible for the evolution, maintenance, and integration of the company’s main customer relationship solutions, operating on platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Vlocity, Bots, URA, and other connected systems.

What You Will Do

As a CSixer, your activities will include: analyzing technical and business requirements to develop scalable, secure, and best-practice solutions; developing and maintaining components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Classes Apex, and Classes of Test; participating in the definition of technical architecture and supporting decisions related to the evolution of the CRM ecosystem; ensuring the quality, security, and performance of deliveries, considering access models, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules; documenting technical and functional solutions in a clear and structured manner; and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the continuous evolution of products and processes.

Requirements
