Role Overview
The role involves getting to know the retail trade from scratch, understanding economic relationships, and taking on responsibility early. The training combines practical experience in the store with solid business knowledge. In three years, the trainee will develop into a comprehensive business talent and lay the foundation for versatile specialist and leadership tasks in retail.
What You Will Do
The tasks include learning product management, advising customers, taking on tasks at the cash desk, working on the organization of the daily store operation, and developing knowledge in areas such as personnel management, team development, and cooperation.

Requirements
- Completed vocational or general higher education entrance qualification
- Fascination with fashion and retail
- Interest in economic relationships

- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Very good German knowledge
- Basic knowledge of English
- Confidence with PC and Microsoft Office applications
