Role Overview

The role involves learning the retail trade from the ground up, understanding economic relationships, and taking on responsibility early on. The training combines practical experience in the store with comprehensive business knowledge.

What You Will Do

The tasks include learning goods management, advising customers, taking on tasks at the cash desk, and working on the organization of the daily store operation.

Requirements

• completed the vocational or general higher education entrance qualification
• enthusiastic about fashion and retail and interested in economic relationships
• take on responsibility, work organized, and can contribute both in the team and independently
• communicative and approach people openly, friendly, and respectfully
• very good German knowledge and basic knowledge of English
• familiar with the PC and common Microsoft Office applications
