What You Will Do

The Senior Growth Specialist will analyze and optimize conversion funnels, identify opportunities to increase trips, and enhance user experience in the app. They will also drive the formulation and execution of the audience growth strategy.

• More than 5 years of experience in tech companies or dynamic work environments
• Advanced English, both spoken and written

• Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Passion for solving complex problems and extracting key insights, with an innate curiosity to explore new solutions
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, with knowledge in SQL (desirable)
• Action-oriented profile, with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
