Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will lead growth across an assigned portfolio of Fourth Estate Defense Agency customers, develop and execute account strategies, expand CACI’s market presence, and build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute growth strategies, build and maintain a robust business development pipeline, gather and analyze customer and market intelligence, and identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of relevant Federal business development, sales, or growth experience
- U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance
- Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies
- Established relationships with DoW Fourth Estate Defense Agency customers
- Demonstrated understanding of DoW Fourth Estate Defense Agency missions
- Experience developing and managing a substantial Federal business development pipeline
- Proven success shaping and positioning complex Federal business opportunities
- Strong understanding of Department of War acquisition processes
- Strong business acumen with the ability to assess market opportunities
