Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Architect

Role Overview

The role involves performing hands-on development and providing senior technical expertise for a complex Salesforce environment. The candidate will serve as a Salesforce SME, helping evaluate technical design, manage development standards, identify risks, and assist in guiding the long-term evolution of the platform.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. Lead and contribute to solution architecture and technical design. Review code and technical designs for quality, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Seven or more years of software development or related experience
• 5 or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with progressively increasing technical responsibility
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, automation, security, and integrations
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, security, scalability, and governor limits
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment practices
• Experience conducting code reviews and evaluating technical designs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge and understanding of the Agile Scrum SDLC methodology
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
