Role Overview
Cadmus is looking for an analytical individual with strong critical thinking, research, technical, and communication skills who works well both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, comfortable working closely with clients and internal teams to find the right solution.
What You Will Do
Apply advanced analytics to generate data-driven insights, quantify the impacts of intervention strategies, evaluate system and market dynamics, and provide strategic guidance to utility and government clients.

Requirements
- MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or other related quantitative fields
- 3-5 years relevant professional experience
- Experience with data transformation and statistical software programming in R, Python, or Stata
- Demonstrated experience deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations with the use of R-Shiny
- Experience with databases and SQL
- Demonstrated experience with inferential statistics, specifically sampling and research design, statistical analysis, and regression analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Desire to grow professionally and take on challenging work assignments
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Familiarity with or work experience in the energy sector and/or utility industry
- Applied research design experience in professional setting (e.g., consulting)
