Email Marketing Manager – Corporate (Las Vegas)

The Digital Communications Manager is responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing automated and ad-hoc email and mobile app communication campaigns for Caesars Entertainment. The role requires proven digital marketing techniques, strong team management and project management skills, and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL.

Requirements

• Manage and motivate a team of direct reports.
• Develop strong relationships with internal corporate and property teams.
• Mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities.
• Partner closely with technology and IT teams.
• Review competitive landscape for best practices.
• Develop, implement and manage standards and standard processes.
• Proactively monitor metrics and review analysis of marketing campaigns.
• Make recommendations to executive team of strategies, road maps, and operating plans.
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
