IT – BI Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, your primary goal is to bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven insights. You will empower business leaders and teams by providing accurate, actionable insights that support decision-making processes.

What You Will Do

You will own the data from a business perspective, ensure business requirements are clearly understood, and translate them into data-driven solutions. You will also extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to deliver meaningful insights.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0-3 years in a data analyst or business intelligence role
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to turn data into insights
• Strong understanding of business processes and data management
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
• Basic understanding of data management concepts and platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or similar)
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Knowledge of Excel and/or other reporting tools for business analysis
• Ability to analyze and communicate data to non-technical business users
• Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and economics
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with global teams
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong business-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, to work in different time zones and deliver high-quality results under pressure
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach to solving business problems
