Full-Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear

As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will provide a best-in-class shoe store experience for every customer, create a welcoming environment, and take pride in your execution. You will love shoes and help every person who enters the store feel a little bit of that Famous Feeling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
