Role Overview

The Data & Business Intelligence Analyst will transform complex datasets into actionable business insights to support strategic planning, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

What You Will Do

Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful business insights, develop interactive dashboards, automate reports, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, including dashboard development and data visualization
• Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data extraction, and query optimization
• Experience with Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with data modelling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is an advantage
• Understanding of data governance, data quality management, and master data concepts
• Experience with supply chain data, product information management, or data standardization initiatives is an advantage
