Manager, Sales Operations

Role Overview

Drive revenue growth by identifying and enabling new programs, offerings, and fulfillment solutions. Responsible for building tools to support accurate reporting of the order book and financial reporting.

What You Will Do

Monitor daily order deliveries, work directly with the Distribution Center and/or Production Managers on shipping and sales related issues, and develop metrics associated with Sales Operations to drive business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Operations, Order Management or similar experience required
• Minimum 4 years of Supervisory or Management experience required
• Project Management experience preferred
• Customer Service experience / background preferred
• SAP, Business Objects experience preferred
• Golf industry experience preferred
