Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager will own a portfolio of accounts, build relationships with clients, and ensure they see real value from working with Camphouse. The role involves building strong client partnerships, driving adoption and results, and staying ahead of risks.

What You Will Do

The Customer Success Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, learn their business goals and challenges, create and follow through on success plans, and hold regular business reviews to track progress and find new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
