Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality financial planning, reporting, and insights to support the company’s strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical judgment, the ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful narratives, and the capacity to partner effectively across the organization.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management and the Board, delivering key variance analyses and insights that help drive business strategy and decisions. The role will also involve consolidating financial data across FP&A teams, ensuring that forecasts are aligned with performance outcomes and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, CFA)
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance roles
• Strong accounting and financial modelling skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with financial consolidation under IFRS for enterprises with multiple business units
• Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear, compelling way
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a keen eye for formatting
