Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will contribute to the improvement of the performance of CANAL+ offers on the French-speaking African zone. The role involves proximity with business teams, accompaniment of collaborators on data products, and piloting complex analyses of commercial performances and client behaviors.
What You Will Do
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for piloting in autonomy complex analyses of commercial performances and client behaviors, identifying trends, investigating anomalies, and extracting improvement levers of operational efficiency, revenue, and customer experience.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a strong mastery of SQL and operational mastery of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. They will also have experience in leading analytical projects in autonomy and a solid knowledge of applied statistics.
Requirements
- Higher education in statistics, data science, econometrics, applied mathematics, computer science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or Business Intelligence
- Direct collaboration experience with business teams
- Very good mastery of SQL and operational mastery of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
- English and French C1 level, written and spoken, to collaborate with international teams
- Python practice for analysis and automation, as well as knowledge of Dataiku or Snowflake, are assets
