Data Analyst – ED&A

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of data, technology, and business, building and maintaining data pipelines, applying AI tools, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure findings translate into decisions.

What You Will Do

Your role will include designing and building SQL-based ETL/ELT pipelines, applying sound judgement on data quality, and using AI tools to accelerate querying and coding.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for analysts with 2–5 years of experience, strong hands-on experience with SQL, and practical experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying, transforming, and modelling data at scale
• Practical experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, e.g., with dbt
• Exposure to cloud data platform is an asset
• Comfort applying AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis, coding, and documentation
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to build dashboards and reporting
• Proven ability to translate data into insights that inform business decisions
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across business and technical audiences
• A growth mindset, with curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and business contexts
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from and contribute to the wider team
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French
