Director, Financial Management (FP&A)- Card

Role Overview

Capital One is seeking a Director, Financial Management (FP&A) for the Card business. The successful candidate will be a strategic thought partner and advisor to senior business leaders, generating ongoing analytical insights into business performance and developing and delivering insightful senior management presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience
• At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination
• At least 4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
• At least 3 years of people management experience
