Full Stack Engineer 5 – Global Workforce Services – AI Automation

Role Overview

The Full Stack Engineer 5 will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company. The role will involve building and architecting performant, responsive web interfaces and real-time streaming AI chat/agent interfaces using modern frameworks. The engineer will also integrate AI agent capabilities into core enterprise systems, databases, third-party APIs, and legacy software via tool-calling and function-calling paradigms.

What You Will Do

The Full Stack Engineer 5 will be responsible for leading a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers. The engineer will also be responsible for building and architecting performant, responsive web interfaces and real-time streaming AI chat/agent interfaces using modern frameworks. Additionally, the engineer will integrate AI agent capabilities into core enterprise systems, databases, third-party APIs, and legacy software via tool-calling and function-calling paradigms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering)
• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
• At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies
