Role Overview
The Head of PMO & Product Operations will build and run the operating backbone for a complex, multi-team organization, owning how work flows, capacity gets planned and allocated, and how the organization connects with other organizations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include owning the operating model, driving efficiency and capacity management, designing and running mechanisms for leadership visibility, serving as a connective layer between organizations, leading and developing a team, and partnering with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of standing up or maturing a PMO, operations, or similar operating model function, and will be able to think in systems, exhibit outstanding influencing skills, and communicate with precision and credibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 10 years of project management experience
- At least 5 years of people management experience
