Role Overview

The Manager, Corporate Communications will own the Capital One brand in India, both to the outside world and to the workforce. They will play a crucial role in positioning Capital One as a top-tier tech hub, building an authentic talent brand that attracts great engineers and data scientists, and keeping local teams informed, connected, and motivated.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will be responsible for external PR, tech content, and events, including PR and media relations, tech content development, events and tech sponsorships, agency and spokesperson prep, crisis comms and governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or Journalism
  • At least 10 years of experience across PR, internal communications and talent branding within a Global Capability Center (GCC), tech company, PR agency (tech client experience) or global financial services firm
