Senior Business Analyst – Talent Marketing Analytics

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, you will apply your strategic thinking, quantitative rigor, and AI fluency to tackle complex, open-ended business challenges that directly impact company performance. What You Will Do

Your day-to-day might involve building analytics strategies, creating standardized KPI frameworks, designing and analyzing A/B tests, setting up tracking and reporting, creating user-friendly dashboards, and using tools like SQL, Python, and generative AI to quickly analyze campaign data and automate routine reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or a Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
• 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
• 2+ years of experience in statistical analyses
• 1+ years of experience in consulting
• 1+ years of experience presenting to cross-functional stakeholders
• 1+ years of experience defining business requirements
