Role Overview
Capital S.M.A.R.T is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first contact for customers, providing up-to-date information about repairs and reassuring clients that their vehicles are in expert hands.
What You Will Do
You will work in a modern workshop, deliver a friendly service, build rapport with customers, and support the team to ensure smooth repairs and timely collection.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
