Brand Marketing Coordinator

As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing the Capricorn brand to life, developing and delivering campaigns that meet and exceed targets, and providing support to the Events team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to build meaningful engagement with our target audience, enhance brand consistency, and support initiatives that grow loyalty and trust in the Capricorn brand.

Requirements

  • A solid understanding of marketing principles and best practice, including B2B and direct marketing.
  • Experience contributing to project teams or coordinating marketing projects end to end.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage competing deadlines in line with organisational goals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and provide guidance when required.
